PatriciaEVANS"Pat" Sadly passed away at home on 29th October 2021 aged 85 years. She will be greatly missed by her daughters Ruth and Cara. Funeral service to take place on Wednesday 15th December at Smethwick Old Church at 12:15pm, followed by burial at Thimblemill Cemetery. Flowers welcome or preferably donations to Operation Smile or International Fund For Animal Welfare (IFAW) c/o the family. Will be missed very much but will always be in our hearts.
